Join Brant Elwood and Aodhán Moran as we explore the powerful intersection of depth psychology and mythic archetypes in understanding group dynamics, as presented in their book “Gods, Heroes, and Groups”.

While influential thinkers like Carl Jung and Joseph Campbell introduced how mythic archetypes shape individual psychology, Elwood and Moran take this further by applying these insights to modern theories of group psychology.

In this workshop, we will use a depth psychology lens to start to “decode” the unconscious elements influencing group behavior, blending mythic stories that have resonated across cultures and history. This orientation can enhance the effectiveness of executive coaches, facilitators, therapists, and anyone else who works closely with teams in their organization.
